What is ADOLIVER?
Adoliver is a hepatic healer agent that contains important ingredients which play an effective role in protecting the liver.
Therapeutic use
  • Hepatocyte protection
Promotes hepatocyte protein synthesis, a mechanism for liver cell regeneration. Improves interferon signaling and antiviral effects
  • Liver protection
Stimulates the flow of bile acids and the production of bile salts Protection of hepatic tissue
  • Detoxification
Increases levels of GSH Increases level of SOD Decreases oxidative stress
  • Anti-inflammatory effects
Mastocites Stimulation Neutrofiles Inhibition Leukotrien Inhibition PG, LP and IL Inhibition Decreases production of pro-inflammatory cytokines
  • insulin resistance reduction
Pancreatic function recovery through increased insulin and glucagon expression.
Mechanism of action
S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAM-e) molecule helps maintain and regenerate liver cells through methylation and protein synthesis. This molecule also causes the production of glutathione, the most important antioxidant in the body, through trans-sulfuration, and also helps to cleanse the liver and improve liver disorders by stimulating bile flow and producing bile salts. SAMe has an antiviral effect by improving the function of interferons and can be effective in the treatment of diseases such as hepatitis B and C. It also has anti-inflammatory properties by reducing the production of cytokines and can be effective in the treatment of chronic liver diseases. The S-acetyl Glutathione molecule is the acetylated form of glutathione, which has a bioavailability of about 68% higher than non-acetylated glutathione and is considered a strong antioxidant. The Phosphocomplex molecule consists of two parts: phosphatidylcholine and silybin. Silibin is the most important part of Silimarin (milk thistle plant) which plays an effective role in preserving glutathione. Due to the low bioavailability of silybin, it is placed in the phosphatidylcholine complex. By improving the functioning of the pancreas, Silibin also helps to reduce insulin resistance and reduce blood cholesterol. Vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants that has an effective function in liver diseases.
