S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAM-e) molecule helps maintain and regenerate liver cells through methylation and protein synthesis. This molecule also causes the production of glutathione, the most important antioxidant in the body, through trans-sulfuration, and also helps to cleanse the liver and improve liver disorders by stimulating bile flow and producing bile salts.

SAMe has an antiviral effect by improving the function of interferons and can be effective in the treatment of diseases such as hepatitis B and C. It also has anti-inflammatory properties by reducing the production of cytokines and can be effective in the treatment of chronic liver diseases.

The S-acetyl Glutathione molecule is the acetylated form of glutathione, which has a bioavailability of about 68% higher than non-acetylated glutathione and is considered a strong antioxidant.

The Phosphocomplex molecule consists of two parts: phosphatidylcholine and silybin. Silibin is the most important part of Silimarin (milk thistle plant) which plays an effective role in preserving glutathione. Due to the low bioavailability of silybin, it is placed in the phosphatidylcholine complex. By improving the functioning of the pancreas, Silibin also helps to reduce insulin resistance and reduce blood cholesterol.
