Vigabaleps

Indications:

–Infantile Spasms (IS): First-line treatment, especially when due to Tuberous Sclerosis Complex

– Refractory Complex Partial Seizures(CPS): In patients not responding to first-line antiepileptic drugs

Contraindications and Precautions: Pre-existing ocular diseases, Severe psychiatric disorders, Renal impairment, Concomitant use with drugs affecting vision or CNS, Pregnancy and Breast feeding.

Drug Interactions: Vigabatrin has a low potential for clinically significant drug interactions.

Common Adverse Effects: vision disoreder, fatigue, dizziness, weight gain, irritability or behavioral changes, headache

Contents of the each pack : Each box of Vigabaleps contains 30 sachets and oral dosing syringe.

each sachet contains 500 mg of vigabatein.
